Overnight Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup (if desired), and vanilla extract. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are well mixed.

  2. Add the mixed berries to the mixture and gently stir to distribute them evenly.

  3. Cover the bowl or jar with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.

  4. In the morning, give the mixture a good stir to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

  5. Serve the overnight berry chia pudding chilled and topped with additional berries, if desired.

Note: Feel free to customise your chia pudding by adding toppings such as sliced almonds, shredded coconut, or a drizzle of nut butter. You can also adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey or maple syrup, depending on your taste preferences.
